You can delete your Quiz Kee account and related account data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from either the Quiz Kee mobile app or the web app.
- Open Quiz Kee.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
After you confirm account deletion, your account enters a 30-day pending deletion period.
During this 30-day period:
- your deletion request is pending;
- you may cancel the deletion request at any time;
- if the request is not cancelled, your account deletion will be completed after the 30-day period.
This waiting period is designed to give you time to reverse the request in case the deletion was accidental or you change your mind.
What Will Be Deleted
If your deletion request is not cancelled during the 30-day period, Quiz Kee will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your account, including:
- your account profile;
- login/authentication information connected to Quiz Kee;
- saved app data linked to your account;
- quiz progress and preferences linked to your account;
- other user-generated data stored under your account.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform compliance reasons.
For example, subscription and payment records may still be managed or retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment-related providers according to their own policies.
Important Subscription Note
Deleting your Quiz Kee account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Optional Account
Creating an account in Quiz Kee is optional and is mainly used for data sync across devices. If you use Quiz Kee without creating an account, there may be no account for us to delete.
