Welcome to Quiz Kee. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Quiz Kee, including our mobile apps, web app, dashboard, websites, and related services.
By using Quiz Kee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Quiz Kee.
1. About Quiz Kee
Quiz Kee is a quiz and learning app that lets users create, answer, save, and manage quizzes and related learning content.
Quiz Kee is operated by quizkee.com.
2. Optional Accounts
You may use parts of Quiz Kee without creating an account. Creating an account is optional and is mainly used for data sync across devices.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activities that happen under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
3. Sign-In Methods
Quiz Kee may allow account creation or sign-in through Apple Sign In, Google Auth, or email/password.
Your use of third-party sign-in services is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
4. User Content
Quiz Kee may allow you to create, upload, save, edit, or share quizzes, answers, text, images, explanations, or other content.
You keep ownership of the content you create. However, by using Quiz Kee, you grant Quiz Kee a limited license to store, process, display, reproduce, and use your content as needed to provide, operate, improve, and protect the service.
You are responsible for the content you create or share. You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:
- violates any law or regulation;
- infringes another person’s rights;
- contains hateful, abusive, harassing, violent, sexual, or illegal material;
- contains spam, scams, malware, or harmful code;
- attempts to collect personal information from others without permission;
- disrupts or harms Quiz Kee, its users, or its systems.
We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, platform rules, or applicable law.
5. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments
Quiz Kee may offer paid subscriptions, including monthly subscriptions with a free trial.
Subscription prices, features, trial periods, renewal terms, and availability may vary by platform, country, offer, or time. The exact terms shown at the time of purchase apply to your subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Your purchase is also subject to the payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund rules of the platform where you subscribed.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions may automatically renew. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, or through any other cancellation method provided by the platform.
Deleting your Quiz Kee account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the platform where you subscribed.
6. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled according to Apple’s or Google’s policies.
Quiz Kee may help with support questions, but we may not be able to directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple, Google, or other third-party payment providers.
7. Ads
Quiz Kee may show ads through advertising partners such as Google AdMob.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, platform rules, and applicable law.
8. Analytics and Service Providers
Quiz Kee uses third-party services to operate and improve the app, including services for authentication, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, payments, hosting, and customer support.
These services may include Apple Sign In, Google Auth, Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple App Store billing, and Google Play billing.
Your use of Quiz Kee is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Quiz Kee account by going to:
Profile → Settings → Delete account
This option is available on both web and mobile.
After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day pending deletion period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion request at any time.
If the deletion request is not cancelled during the 30-day period, your account and related account data will be deleted or anonymized, except where certain information must be retained for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.

10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Quiz Kee for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt Quiz Kee’s systems;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse Quiz Kee except where allowed by law;
- bypass security, usage limits, subscriptions, ads, or access controls;
- upload malware, spam, or harmful content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- use Quiz Kee in a way that harms other users or the service.
11. Intellectual Property
Quiz Kee, including its design, software, features, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Quiz Kee or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit Quiz Kee or its content except as allowed by these Terms or with our permission.
12. App Store and Platform Terms
If you download Quiz Kee from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the app may also be subject to that platform’s terms, rules, and policies.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the applicable platform terms, the platform terms may control where required by the platform or applicable law.
13. Changes to Quiz Kee
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Quiz Kee at any time. We may also add, remove, or change features, pricing, limits, subscriptions, or availability.
We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that Quiz Kee will always be available, error-free, or unchanged.
14. Termination
You may stop using Quiz Kee at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Quiz Kee if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a harmful, illegal, or abusive way.
15. Disclaimers
Quiz Kee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that Quiz Kee will always be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. Quiz Kee may include educational, quiz, or informational content, but it should not be treated as professional advice.
You are responsible for how you use the content, results, and information provided through Quiz Kee.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quiz Kee and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or use.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Quiz Kee is limited to the amount you paid to use Quiz Kee during the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Some locations do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Quiz Kee and its operators harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Quiz Kee, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
18. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country or region.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice in the app, on the website, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Quiz Kee after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
