Quiz Kee is operated by quizkee.com. This Privacy Policy explains how Quiz Kee collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile apps, web app, dashboard, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to provide Quiz Kee, sync your data, manage subscriptions, show ads, and improve the product.
Account information. Creating an account is optional and mainly used for data sync. If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication provider, user ID, and login information through Apple Sign In, Google Auth, or email/password.
User content and app data. We may collect the quizzes, answers, progress, settings, saved items, and other content or activity you create or use inside Quiz Kee.
Subscription and purchase information. If you subscribe, we may receive purchase status, product ID, subscription status, free trial status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information. Payments are handled by Apple, Google, or other payment providers. We do not directly collect your full payment card details.
Analytics and usage data. We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics to understand how users use Quiz Kee. This may include app events, pages viewed, device information, browser information, operating system, app version, language, approximate location, identifiers, and interaction data.
Advertising data. We use Google AdMob to show ads in the app. AdMob may collect or process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and other data used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where allowed.
Support information. If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message content, and any information needed to respond.
2. How We Use Information

- provide, operate, and improve Quiz Kee;
- create and manage optional accounts;

- RevenueCat;
- Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems.
We use these services for authentication, analytics, advertising, subscription management, payments, and app operations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Quiz Kee, including analytics, authentication, advertising, subscription, hosting, and payment-related providers. 5. Your Choices and Controls
You can use Quiz Kee without creating an account, but some sync features may require login.
You can request deletion of your account and related account data in Quiz Kee by going to:

This option is available on both web and mobile.
When you request account deletion, your account enters a 30-day pending deletion period. During this period, you may cancel the deletion request at any time. If the deletion request is not cancelled, your account deletion will be completed after the 30-day period.

You can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Quiz Kee, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
If you request account deletion, your account will enter a 30-day pending deletion period so that you may cancel the request if needed. If the deletion request is not cancelled during that period, we will delete or anonymize your account data after the 30-day period, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
Some subscription, transaction, billing, and payment-related records may also be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment-related providers according to their own policies.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Quiz Kee is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
